Six Steps to Clean Windows:
Our window cleaning method involves a careful 6-step process that ensure a quality job – every time!
1. Our first step is to remove and dust your screens. This premium service is included with every job we do!
2. Secondly, we wash your windows with our environmentally friendly window cleaning solution. We source our premium window cleaning solution to ensure maximum cleaning effectiveness that doesn’t result in harsh chemicals such as ammonia being brought into your home.
3. While performing the previous step we use professional-grade razor blades to remove bug marks, bird droppings and any other hard to remove materials. Most window cleaners skip this step, resulting in an inferior job.
4. Once this critical step has been completed we re-wash the window and squeegee the water off. This is the most critical step to ensuring streak free windows and one that most window cleaning companies fail to properly train their employees in. Not all squeegee strokes are created equal and thus, each Glass Guys employee goes through extensive training and quality insurance testing to ensure they have mastered this crucial step.
5. After the window itself is dry, the windows are detailed using a lint-free cloth to ensure no water is left behind. Frames and sills are all wiped clean during this step.
6. Finally we return your screens to their place and allow you to enjoy your spotless windows!
